Huw Pattinson joins us and shares that RPA is in fact truly accessible. It’s not as expensive or disruptive as you may think. When Huw launched into RPA his team was already doing basic functions to that effect. He immediately separated robotic process automation from robotic assisted automation. This ensured and ensures that not only in practice but in theory the operator doesn’t feel as though he or she will be replaced, the job just gets done faster by a factor of 10x plus. When searching for an RPA vendor Huw’s history came in handy as he had both experience doing the function that was to be automated as well as personal front-end customer interaction experience.
