Martin Ruane discusses the benefits of implementing RPA into workforce processes: "You have a flip train work and the age old issue of, for an operational person, is how do you try and reconcile those and keep absolutely up to date. That's what we're seeing. So we're seeing as we reduce these more menial type work, routine type tasks that are sometimes high volume type work. Less mistakes, dealing with these fluctuating demands, but also allowing the people to work on more interesting, more higher value type work and that is a very common theme."
